First of all, room 218 needs to be brought to a level where one person can stay. 2 m ceiling length, humidity, humidity. They probably converted a warehouse into a room. ✅ -I would like to thank the lobby staff. Hotel was excellent. Small hotel was exactly what we wanted. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, cheesecake and coffee on the terrace....we really enjoyed our one night stay. Taxi took us from airport to hotel, and Uber took at back to airport in the morning.

The food is terrible. The first room we were given was awful with one light, lamps didn’t work and it was very dark. There was a big radiator inside the shower and the towels were torn. We complained and was given a better room. The town is lovely but wouldn’t stop at this hotel again.

The staff are all very helpful! The food served in restaurant excellent! And at very good price! The room is cleaned daily! Marco the head waiter is very helpful and very informative about the food. The reception staff always willing to help! Even the owner herself is available to help in any way! Truly a great stay!

Rooms basic but OK, although there we noticed a sock under the bed on our day of departure that wasn't ours so the carpets/floors weren't particularly clean. The main thing was the bedding and towels were fresh. Staff were very pleasant. Food was average... breakfast rolls were rock hard, but the evening dinners were quite nice. Several hotels in the area have closed (probably as a result of Covid), which is a shame, as it is a lovely town. There's a park and several pleasant bars/restaurants. The main purpose of our coach trip was a visit to Rome and we thought it ridiculous that National Holidays had booked this hotel for our stay, as it was 4-5 hours' drive!

The Giglio hotel in Montecatini is organized quite well, the staff is very helpful and kind, they make you feel almost at home, especially Mr. Livio, pleasant, very helpful for company.

i went to this place for a school trip and we deemed this hotel a real fail. very bad reception with unfriendly and rude staff. broken beds and stained mattresses. bad breakfast, lunch and dinner with dirty crockery. showers and bathtubs leaking yellow water. rooms filled with dust. the staff also to receive extra money from the deposit have voluntarily broken a television and a headboard of a bed. on our arrival the rooms were in very bad condition with dirty handkerchiefs in the drawers and in addition with beds without sheets. I highly recommend not to go to this hotel. really bad.

Not very clean hotel. Gray room ... it would take a splash of color and a renovation. In the bathroom there are food residues and mold ... call a painter and a cleaning company. Dirty mochet indeed very dirty ... a vacuum cleaner is needed
